The AB Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in the automotive industry through education, mentorship, and hands-on training. Our mission is to break barriers and create opportunities for women to thrive in every corner of the automotive world — from technical trades and detailing to leadership and entrepreneurship.
Our current goal is to build fully funded training facilities where women can learn vital automotive skills at no cost, giving them the confidence and resources to succeed in a traditionally male-dominated field. Through scholarships, mentorship programs, and community workshops, we’re paving the way for a stronger, more inclusive future in the industry.
