How much do tickets cost?
Tickets at the door are $20 per person and include access to both the Houston Boat Show & Houston Auto Show. Children 5 and under are free!
Do you accept credit/debit cards at the box office?
We do accept all major credit cards and debit cards at the box office and kiosks at the door. (Fees Apply)
Do you offer discount coupons?
Yes, discounts are available for military personnel and active first responders at the ticket windows only. (This discount is unavailable online and cannot be combined with other discount offers.) Visit your local Houston boat dealers for a chance to receive a free ticket. Purchasing tickets in advance is the best way to secure great deals.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.
Will I need to print my ticket?
To ensure smooth entry, we recommend printing your ticket before arriving. Both printed and digital tickets are accepted.
How much is parking?
NRG Park charge $22 + tax for parking. NRG is cashless, so please bring a credit or debit card to pay.
Is there a Metro stop close by?

Yes. METRO Rail guests should exit the rail and enter gate 2 at NRG Park off Fannin. See http://www.ridemetro.org for route information.

Uber and rideshare info.

Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is located outside NRG Center, Hall E under the overhang. On days when the Houston Boat Show and Monster Jam overlap, the rideshare location moves to the Yellow Lot to accommodate for increased traffic.

Is there ADA parking?

Yes, ADA parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout NRG Park. These include van-accessible and single-spaced spots near entrances. All ADA parking areas are clearly marked with signage.

Do you rent wheelchairs or electric scooters?

Yes, wheelchairs and electric scooters are available for rent at the First Aid station in Lobby C.

Wheelchair Rental: 1 hour for $10; 2 hours for $16; 3 hours for $20; 4 hours for $24; all day for $35.

Electric Scooter Rental: 1 hour for $20; 2 hours for $32; 3 hours for $40; 4 hours for $48; all day for $70.

Is there a Lost and Found?
Yes. Lost items can be reported to the show management office in Lobby Hall C, Room #107. Before returning to NRG Park, please call 713.526.6361 to verify that your item has been turned in.
What day is the best day to come to beat the crowds?
Wednesday and Thursday are the best days to avoid large crowds and still enjoy all the Boat Show has to offer.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes, you can leave and return on the same day; just make sure you receive a valid same-day wristband upon exit. If you leave the property, you will need to pay for parking when you re-enter the parking lot.
Are cameras and videos allowed?

Yes, cameras and videos are allowed. However, tripods are prohibited, and major video equipment must be approved by show management. News media must register for press credentials by contacting PR Director Roshelle Salinas at rsalinas@houstoncardealers.com or visiting the Show Office in Lobby Hall C.

Are pets allowed in the show?
No, pets are not allowed at the show, including those in strollers, carriers, or bags. Only licensed service animals are permitted. No exceptions.
Can you purchase a boat while at the show?

Absolutely! You can purchase a new boat at the show or simply talk with vendors and manufacturers in a no-pressure environment to find the right boat and equipment for you. The Boat Show is the perfect place for comparison shopping, with all the popular brands under one roof.

Can you purchase accessories at the show?

Yes, a variety of vendors offer the latest products and services for boating enthusiasts. Don’t miss out on the newest innovations in the marine world.

Can I bring my own food and beverages to the show?

No, outside food and beverages are not allowed. There are plenty of food options provided by Aramark, and food trucks serve delicious bites from Friday to Sunday.

Is there First Aid?

Yes, First Aid is available in Lobby Hall C. In case of a medical emergency, please notify any show representative or security personnel immediately.

Is there a dress code?

All guests must be appropriately dressed, including a shirt and shoes. Guests wearing obscene, offensive, or indecent clothing will be denied entry or asked to leave without a refund. NRG Park and Show Management reserve the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate attire. Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes!

Can you bring strollers or wagons?

Yes, strollers and wagons are allowed and encouraged. There’s a lot of walking at the show, so they can be helpful. Please be courteous, as aisles can get crowded, and do not leave valuables unattended in wagons or strollers.

Are there ATM’s at the center?
Yes, there are ATMs next to all ticket windows.
Where can I pick up Will-Call tickets?
Will-call tickets will be available at the show management desk in the front Lobby of Hall C, Room #107.
Are there childcare services?
There are no childcare services available at the show. Please be mindful of your children. We recommend that you talk with young children and have a pre-designated spot to meet if you become separated.
Is food available at the show?
There are several food options at NRG Center and food trucks serving delectable bites Friday to Sunday.
