Promotion begins on January 3, 2020 and ends at 5:00 pm on January 12, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Houston Boat Show, NRG Park, Tracker Off Road™, Bass Pro Shops®, Cabela’s®, their participating sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER: “Enter to Win” by completing the official electronic entry form found at the 2020 Houston Boat Show. You must fill out the form accurately and completely by indicating your name, email address, age range, zip code, and answer any required survey questions. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be received by 5:00 pm (CST) on Sunday, January 12, 2020. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entry forms will be accepted. Entries by any method other than set forth above will be deemed void. The Houston Boat Show and Tracker are not responsible for any error that may compromise or affect the administration of the contest. Further, Houston Boat Show and Tracker are not responsible for and will not consider, incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction. All entries become the exclusive property of the Houston Boat Show.
Entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them and they, therefore, understand and agree that Houston Boat Show and Tracker or their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees do not have any liability with respect to the contestants’ participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages from acceptance and use of the prize. By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the contest sponsors, which are binding in all respects. Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the rules and decisions of the judges. No assignment, transfer, cash alternative or substitution of prize is permitted. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited.
COMPLIANCE: Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest: to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, defraud or harass any other person. All decisions of the Sponsors relating to the Contest are final. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information that may occur in the processing of the entries in the drawing.
GRAND PRIZE: Tracker Off Road 570, valued at $6,299. One winner will be chosen at random from collected entries between January 3 and January 12, 2020. Winner must pay tax, title & license and Winner must take possession of prize at Pearland Bass Pro Shops location
WINNERS LIST / RULES: For the name of the Prize Winner or a copy of the official rules, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope by January 13, 2020 to 2020 Boat Show Give Away, c/o Cohen Group, 8000 Long Point, P.O. Box 55829, Houston, TX 77255.
