Today, more and more women are involved in boating than ever before, but many still leave the piloting of the boat to the men. The Boat Show and MarineMax are doing their part to change that, and you're invited. Come experience a unique free Women's on Water (W.O.W.) class, designed to get women behind the wheel and enjoying the boating lifestyle.

A W.O.W. class is more than just a class; it's a hands-on educational experience. This all-women group seminar is taught by MarineMax's own Coast Guard-certified Captain Dan Cantrell in a classroom type setting. Women learn basic marine rules and how to dock a boat, tie marine knots, meanings of navigational markers and how to use a marine radio, among other things.
