FLYING BOAT SOARS OVER THE
2004 HOUSTON INTERNATIONAL
IN-THE-WATER BOAT SHOW
Capable of soaring to 10,000 feet at speeds of 50 knots, the Flying Boat, provided by Resort Attractions on Lake Conroe, Texas, is a great way to combine the fun of boating, hang gliding and flying. Utilized for special missions by Singapore's Navy Seals, learning is easy, maintenance costs are low, and the Flying Boat stores easily on a yacht or in a garage.
Pending favorable weather conditions, the Flying Boat will feature multiple daily flights over the waters at the Watergate Yachting Center, courtesy of the 2004 Houston International In-the-Water Boat Show and Resort Attractions.
It takes more than just sea legs to captain this vessel. Approximately 15 hours of flight training and 5 hours of solo flight are required to become a Sport Pilot. Some independent reading and studying is also needed to be able to solo a Flying Boat. In addition, an FAA oral, written and flight test must be passed to become a Sport Pilot.
Don't miss your chance to win a free introductory flight in the Flying Boat at the 2004 Houston International In-the-Water Boat Show at the Watergate Yachting Center, September 30 - October 3.
